Slab Joint Shrinkage Crack Control Joints
Arfen Slab Joint system is a steel-containing floor joint system that is used in slab Concrete floors with the developing construction technology and provides the formation of the joint on the system that compensates the shrinkage force caused by the hardening of the concrete. The system, which is applied to the axes determined before the concrete installation, also allows the concrete to move freely.
This system completely eliminates the manual joint hand-sawcutting after concrete casting and reduces the risk of joint damage and maintenance costs in the plant by 1/10 due to the reduction in the number of joints. It also allows each separate section to work in connection with each other during load transitions through its special developed system.
