Hydroflex Waterproofing & Construction Chemicals Products

PVC Waterstops;

Hydroflex PVC Waterstop Tapes are produced in accordance with TS 3078-1 and TS 3078-2 standards, with the desired mechanical and chemical properties, in the specified sections and dimensions. Hydroflex waterstop tapes are used in joints arranged in concrete or reinforced concrete structures to ensure watertightness of structures that can move horizontally and vertically.

It is used in dams, irrigation channels, water tanks, swimming pools, metro stations, retaining walls, raft foundations, shear wall joints, reinforced concrete structures, under ground water level.

TPE Dilatation Tapes;

Hydroflex dilatation tapes are used to provide water insulation in existing or potential joints after concrete pouring. It is used in horizontal and vertical applications in all building dilatations, in the underground parts of foundations and curtains, in structures such as wastewater treatment, drinking water, water tanks, pools, tunnels and culverts, waterproofing applications of foundation and retaining wall joints.

Dilatation tapes, which are easily applied with epoxy and have a high elasticity of 600%, are resistant to ozone, diesel and oil. It also provides high performance in a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +90 °C.

Chamfer Tapes;

Hydroflex chamfer tapes are polyester or felted versions and provide 100% water tightness in structural joints and wet areas with its TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) structure. In addition, the products that are compatible with all sliding insulations are very easy to apply.

 It is used in wet spaces such as bathrooms, structural joints in curtains and floors, water structures (wastewater treatment, water tanks, pools), junctions of reinforced concrete roof streams, terraces and parapets.

Water Swellable Tapes;

Hydroflex water-swelling tape series is a product made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) that makes concrete waterproof by filling cracks, pores and capillary gaps in concrete by swelling after contact with aqueous solutions. It is a 100% recyclable type of tape that can expand even in 10% salt water, is resistant to many chemicals, and does not disintegrate or disintegrate during swelling.

It can be used in pools, water tanks, treatment plants, construction joints, cold joints where retaining walls meet foundations and steel profiles and pipes come into contact with concrete. In addition, it is used as a waterstop flange in order to provide impermeability at the inlets and outlets of PVC pipes and in places exposed to sea water.

Textile Membrane & Joinery Insulation Tapes;

The Hydroflex textile membrane protects floors and walls under thin-set tile floors from substrate cracks and moisture penetration. Applied with tiles and natural stones for excellent waterproofing, the textile membrane is suitable for medium non-pressurized water load indoors (eg home bathrooms).

Butyl Tapes;

Butyl tapes are ideal for sealing construction and connecting joints in buildings and industry and for sealing both internal and external joints and overlaps (metalwork, container construction, conservatories, air conditioning and ventilation construction). Hydroflex Butyl Tape products are in three types as aluminum foil, polypropylene fabric and double-sided adhesive.

Hydroflex BBA Series Aluminum butyl tape is self-adhesive sealing tape made of a butyl rubber compound, protected by a reinforced aluminium metal film.

Hydroflex BBP Series Nonwoven Butyl Tape is a single sided Butyl Adhesive tape with a non woven polyester fabric exterior layer and is coated one side with a high tack butyl adhesive.
